New member unable to answer private message

Received a private message from Thor Team. When responding to it could not send and told us we are new.

So message has been sent to the email list twice and heard nothing so far.

The issue here is likely the boards spam filter. It filters messages with fewer than 10 posts for content that has links and images and this is likely what has happened to you. Unfortunately this has been a needed spam abatement tool. I'll manually white list your account so you should be able to contact them.
