A recall notice isn't going to get you up and running for maybe weeks.
Inoperable how?
Undriveable
Or
Just annoying.
More details=more and quick help.
Less details=we exasperate easily.

Sure, I can give you details. I wasn't expecting you to help, I was going to tell the service center about the recall - but, possibly you are our savior:
Our Balmar won't stay charged when driving. It triggered the inverter and we have no power in the cabin for the next 2 weeks of dry camping we have planned.
When we call Thor they tell us:
1) take apart the couch (need power tools to do so) and reset the inverter. This does nothing
2) take apart the couch (need power tools to do so) and tell them what the Voltage regulator/second alternator reads. There is no Voltage regulator/second alternator under the couch we just took apart.
3) Oh no, their mistake, we need to crawl under the van on this hot highway to tell them what the Voltage regulator/second alternator reads. There is no Voltage regulator/second alternator under van.
Is this annoying? yes. Is this a major problem, yes. My husbands insulin needs to be refrigerated. So, we are now needing to buy ice every 4 hours since we have no fridge. We also are stooping to eat every meal since we have no way to cook or store food.
We are amazing we were stupid enough to buy this $100K piece of junk and took 3 weeks off of work to not get to do anything we wanted.
