Using electric outlets in rv

if your coach battery is fully charge, should you be able to use your 110 outlets to power coffeemaker blow drier, cpap machine etc.?

only IF you have an Inverter, and it is ON...

12v battery power itself has nothing to do with your 120v household outlets, but only supplies that power to an Inverter, which changes it to 120v so the outlets can be powered. Having said that, a coffee maker or any 'heat' type device is not a good option to run on an inverter, but only on the generator or shore power. It will drain/sap your batteries quickly...then you're out of luck.
