No Power to Coach

I just picked up my 2018 Thor Windsport from getting the windshield replaced. The power is off for the whole coach. Radio, cameras, generator and everything doesn't come on. It drives fine and the entry step comes down and the front window shade comes down too. But nothing else even hints at coming on unlike if its a drained battery. The store/switch near the door doesn't activate either. The glass place said they didn't do anything. My question is this: Is there a master electric switch somewhere? Could it be dead batteries? Any help is appreciated fro this non-mechanic. Tim

That would be my guess. How long did they have it?

Try running on the generator.

They had it for 2 1/2 weeks replacing the windshield. I tried to turn the generator on and I get nothing. No clicks, no trying to start. Just nothing.

Try putting a charger on the batteries overnight. Make sure to check fluid levels first.

It's been my experience that if the house battery is dead the use/store switch won't operate. Try shore power to bring up the batteries if you don't have a separate battery charger.

Ok....Apparently the batteries were dead. Got them charged and we are good to go. Just never had them die so completely before that absolutely nothing worked. I appreciate the help from those here that are more knowledgeable than me.

Isn't there a pretty stout circuit-breaker down there by the battery box?
You might want to check it...

When one brings in an RV for service, it is a good idea to set the use/store to store. All they have to do is leave the interior lights on and you get a dead battery.

Yo Bob, I ran across Sven one night while surfing a chann's. a few years back. He mentioned a goolie convention or something to that effect which sounded like a Star Trek convention. Question; since you are a fan of Sven, do the convention attendees dress up in goolie garb?

I'm just a "passive fan" of the bad Sci-Fi movies that he shows.
This Saturday: it's "Abbott & Costello Go To Mars".
