Question No propane to stove or furnace

New guy here...2020 Thor ACE 30.1. For some reason, I'm not getting any propane to the stove or furnace. I turned it on at the tank and get nothing inside. This is a new coach. Am I missing a valve someplace?

Welcome to our jungle. Do you have propane in the tank? Does the water heater work on propane? You could check for a kink in the flexible propane lines installed at the factory.

Yes Sir, the tank is full. I have not yet tried the water heater, but i will and will look for kinks as well. Thank you.

Go back to the stove. Open a burner. Use a BBQ lighter to light it rather than the igniter. Takes a while sometimes. Once you get the stove up and running the furnace should start as well.

If all the suggestions fail, close the propane tank valve or valves and open them slowly

Then light everything

See post #5. There is a pressure balance valve in the regulator line. It is there to cut-off propane in the event of a line break or puncture, as in a wreck, rock or overturn. If the propane lines are empty (no pressure) and you crank the valve open all at once, the pressure balance valve will sense a loss of pressure and seal the tank. Fortunately, the vale is self-resetting (they were not self-resetting in the old days). If you turn the propane tank valve completely off and wait for 30 minutes for the pressure to bled off and the valve reset; then open the tank's shut-off VERY slowly it will pressurize the system to 11 inches of water.
