What are these?
These are installed only on doors with vertical hinges (bathroom cabinet, bedroom closet, cabinet above kitchen sink) but not the doors below the kitchen sink.
They're held on with Velcro.
They are actually both the same color but one I used the flash making it look lighter.
I have a 2015 four winds 31L.
I have called Thor and emailed pics to the guy and he didn't have a clue.
Our previous rig ('99 Jayco 267F) also had them.
The only thing I can think of is to take it with me to the hardware store to match stain should the need arise.
I've posted this question on another RV forum and there were several guesses but none were sure.

I also posted this subject on another RV website. Got lots of comments and speculation but nothing for sure. The strangest thing is; both RV's I've owned had them, they were different brands (our first one was a 1999 27 ft C class Jayco).
Very weird that both our RV's had them but nobody else has ever seen anything like it.

Do they fit nice and snugly in the handles which are side by side on those cabinets?
Can you put it through two handles essentially locking the cabinet shut?

Nope, they do fit in the handles but very loosely. They would probably fall out in less than a mile or 2.

Wood shrinkage.
When the wood was new, do you think it would hold?
The beveled edge says it was made to slip into something roughly the size of that piece and wedge in.
Have the handles been changed?
Is there a hole that size on the slide or over head bed or fridge door?
They are absolutely travel locks of some sort.

Could they have been put there to limit the travel of the door?

No, there is not a hole in any of them.
As far as I know everything is original, the RV was only a year old when we bought it.
When I put them in the door handles I only did it in one position. I will flip them around to see if the fit gets more snug/tight.
Travel locks does seem plausible - even though the (one) Thor rep I contacted had no clue.

Try opening up one of those doors to it's maximum travel, and see if they contact anything.

My guess is they are not factory unless you are the original owner. They are not square so they probibly fit tight the other way.

I'm beginning to agree with duckface, they're probably intended to be travel locks. If I turn them a certain way they're fairly snug but the only way they're snug is wood against wood (velcro toward the handles) which would create significant blemishes from abrasion & rubbing over a short time.
If I ever have an issue with doors popping open in route I'll just use a bungee.

I can't see the outside of the cabinets but I have seen & done variations of this
https://blog.goodsam.com/tech-tips-hose-close/
And it would make sense to velcro it inside the cabinet when not in use, like when not in motion

Is it possible that they are intended to keep something (that was) inside the cabinet (like dinner plates) snug and from shifting around while driving?

I had a 2016 31L and it did not have those on any of the cabinet doors.

I don't think so. They just don't seem big enough to be effective for anything like that.

It's possible they were put there by the outfit that made the cabinets. Cabinets are probably made by an outside source and Thor probably just installs them.

Shelf stop
I think they are stops. Hold the shelf it lines up with from moving when traveling. Mine does not have this but the shelves are wider than the face frame and so can't move much at all.

I thought of that but the only cabinet that has shelves which move is the kitchen above the sink. The bedroom closets don't have shelves and the bathroom cabinet shelves are fixed (not moveable).
