Overhead bunk not working

I have a 2021 Thor Windsport and for some reason my overhead bunk isn't responding to any of the control buttons but the bedroom and living area slides are still working like they should. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can check?

Have you checked the controller for a flashing fault code?

Locate the controller for the overhead bunk(usually inside a compartment above the windshield driver side. Check to see if it is flashing a fault code. Make sure the engine is on and the parking brake is engaged. You can try the over ride by pushing the button six times and hold on the seventh to operate it. (NOTE be sure to remove the pins that hold it in the up position if your bed has them before trying to operate it).

Paul, I checked the box and found the connections were loose and that fixed the problem.
