Photo attachment missing on PM's

Is there a reason the paper clip button is missing off the Private Message post thread box? Would be nice to send a PM photo same way as this one I'm typing on now. Am I missing something (besides the paperclip icon)? Thank you!

Have you tired the "Copy & paste" method?
Most messaging systems seem to be pretty limited in their capabilities.
It's often safest to just get an email address, and send everything directly to the source...
