If you go to winnebagoind.com you will see that WBGO has dropped almost their entire DP lineup except for the Horizon and Forza.

Now we know why.

Owners were getting older and had to sell.

Having owned a business for 25 years I think they made the right move at the right time.

Tax laws make it very hard to leave it to someone in the family so cashing out was the best option.

Just like when Thor bought out Entegra, I dont expect to see too many changes.

That makes more sense than the acquisition of Chris Craft. About 10 years ago, I had a conversation with a guy who delivered motorhomes for many different companies. Asked which one he found the best, he quickly named Newmar.

Not only did they get cash, they got lots of winnebago stock too. Should be able to still control a lot of how Winnebago runs.
