Plumbing Leak

Greetings Thor Tuscany Ax xte owners,

I need some help. I was working this morning and when I returned to the campground I noticed water was leaking from the Bay Area close to the water heater, when I opened the bay door, I noticed the water was coming from the black plumbing pipe above the Dirt Divil, I turned the water coming into the coach off, not sure I should turn my pump on. I attempted to unscrew the small panels behind the toilet to no avail, kinda stuck there. Right now I have a small cooler next to the Dirt Divil.

Any ideas on where it could be coming from? The toilet? Sink?

Thank you
