Thor Hurricane 29M Issues

We purchased and just picked up a 2023 Thor Hurricane 29M. The Dealer supposedly did a lot of work to correct some problems we found when we first went to pick up the RV. On the way home a drawer under the stove opened up. This was an issue with other doors. Also, a screen on one of the windows does not fit. There is a gap all the way around. Has anyone encountered this? What is wrong with pride and the product built/manufacturer.

Well, you make a good point and literally everyone here can relate. You absolutely, positively and for sure will find additional “issues” that really shouldn’t happen but do. If you’re handy you’ll be miles ahead of the game to just fix things and move on. If you’re stubborn and insist that “they” should make it right you’re in for a frustrating first year. The good news is that after a while you’ll find that the list gets smaller - although it never totally stops - and you’ll have a machine that will give you years of good service. Do a roof check of your sealant 2 or 3 times a year. RVs leak at the slightest opportunity and water can do incredible damage very quickly if you’re not diligent. Notwithstanding, it’s a great lifestyle!
