Propane Valve Location

We just bought a new 2022 Thor Chateau 31W. We can not find the valve for the stovetop or the heater. We found the valve for the outside hookup. Please help....

Did you open the tank valve? There shouldn’t be separate valves for the heater or stove

Yes we did. The owners manual said to have the valve easily accessible. The propane aux connection works great...

1. Which owners manual? Stovetop, Furnace or Operating manual from Thor?

2. Are you saying you bought brand new 2022 and never turned on heater or stove?

You may wish to get one of those PDI list and walk through everything you can while you can and make a list, return back to the dealer to have them verify all of your questions and fix things that may need repaired. I don't worry about your stove and furnace so much; rather other things you may have missed that are not obvious and your warranty clock is now ticking down. i.e you got 90 days to find roof leaks.

As EA says your motorhome doesn't have a separate propane shut off for the stove & furnace. There is a shutoff valve at the propane tank and the valve you found for the barbecue grill.
So, the question is are your propane appliances not working? If you have the valve at the propane tank on and the stove & furnace aren't working, you have another issue.
