Puck light not working.

Pulled off the cap and inside is a LED unit. Does this unit pull out or twist out? Or, do I have to take the three screws out and replace the entire unit?Click image for larger version

I believe you replace the whole light. It's a 10 minute job once you have the lights. The ones in the link are not exactly the same, but I found them to be a great little light.

Long Life?

Does anyone else wonder how they advertise that the LED bulb will have a 50,000 hr life span? But some seem to only last a year or two with intermittent use?
Is it that the actual LED will last but the components running them won't? Also, has anyone maybe left one of these LEDs on continuously, as the shock of on/off cycling possibly shortens the life of them?
I have an incandescent 7W bulb I leave on 24/7 in a salt rock and it has lasted 2 or 3 years and is still going.

Stay cool
