Well... it's good news for consumers in Illinois...

He makes a strong case for not accepting an RV with known issues, even with understanding (promise) it will get fixed. As I understood his explanation, if buyer accepts with everything in 100% condition, then any subsequent issue gives buyer greater right to revoke purchase.

Not too many buyers can battle a large business in court for 7 years unless they are an attorney themselves.
