The coach is in the shop being serviced so I can't send a photo right now. But as you look at the slide, there is a facia trim that goes all the way around slide. It was the one at the bottom that causes the issue. Just run a bead of caulk along the top edge of that trim.

Easy fix

Here’s a link to my solution in an earlier post. Easy to do without removing the access panel and works like a charm... even in the most intense, wind-driven storms.

Warranty Work

[QUOTE=Allennteresa;181753]my 2019 challenger has water in it now I used paper towels yesterday and dried it out got heat but rained last night and now no heat. no seal on the door either.
mine has water standing in the tray and no hole for it to drain out of almost 200 grand for a motorhome and I cant keep warm on my first trip out very disappointed[/QUOTE

Take it to the factory service center, just got back with my RC25, wow, nice people work done right the second time, the dealer did some wrong the first time, will never go to a dealer service bay again unless its critical to my trip. The factory service guys are not the ones that built it, they are the ones that fix the lack of quality control in production.

Furnace won’t fire up

It’s cold and raining and my furnace won’t fire up. We thought it may be the sail switch but can’t find it. I have a 2016 Mirimar. Could it simply be a wet board?

I have an ACE29.3.

The problem was the control board is on the bottom of the cabinet and is getting wet.

Now the manufacturer of the furnace will not admit there is anything wrong. We had this problem for two years, was about to sell the coach and take a loss.

One final try recently, someone from the dealership, no longer under warranty, and I called Thor. One conversation was enlightening. The Thor rep knew right away what I was talking about and said there is a relocation kit for the control board, it has a new board and bracket to get it off the ground. Contacting the vendor, of course they say there is no problem, but you can order the relocation kit, even though there is nothing wrong they have a kit to fix it. SMH. Anyway, installed that today. It’s been an experience to get a solution but at least we have one. I hope this helps. Here are the directions for it.Click image for larger version
