Raising height of toilet

I have a 13.5" Dometic toilet which I would like to raise it to 17"
It is a ceramic base; it is a Model 311. What is best way?

Toilets are so inexpensive that building a spacer isn't worth the time.
I don't know of any lift device for the base but some stores sell tall seats.

Dometic 310 (round bowl) or 320 (elongated bowl) both come in taller models & should be basically plug & poop, I mean play.
