Real customer service!

Needed some repairs and adjustments to the full slide on our Challenger. Made an appointment with our dealer, and took it in yesterday. Upon arrival, the unit was immediately moved into one of their bays. The Service Manager came in a few minutes later, explained their findings and what they were doing. He also suggested an option to prevent future problems.

An hour and a half later, their rep came in and said we were ready to go. No charge! The work was done at RV Outlet USA in Ringgold, Va. There are companies that still believe in customer service. Guess where we'll go for next RV?

Hey just curious what was the problem with your slide and what was their advice for preventing future problems?? I had a slide issue of my own! Wire pulled off motor and two others were almost cut in half! Happened at the worst of times.
