Shore power, freezer working but the refrigerator not. Both work on gas?

I had same issue on my new Compass with Norcold fridge. Highest setting, It never got below 50 degrees in the refrigerator section but froze fine. Did not matter if on AC or gas. Currently in dealer for replacement of cooling unit under warranty.

If half of the unit is working under power, and the other half isn't...
It's time to have it replaced.

Update fridge is working turned it completely off to reset it and wala its working great [emoji106]
