Reimbursement problems

The radio in our windsport died after about 6 months. I called Thor and talked to a tech. He determined it was dead. He offered to send me a new one and would pay for one half hour labor fee to have it put in by a local even service company which I did. I emailed the invoice to Thor to be reimbursed for the labor. I had not received the check after a few weeks so I called Thor and have left messages and talked to a supervisor and still have not revived a check or even had a returned call. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do about it? Is this anyway to run a business?

I had about 10 LEDs in my patio awning LED strip quit working. I took a couple pictures and e-mailed them to Ron Baker (Thor Motor Coach Warranty/Customer Service rep). He said to get an installation estimate and he would send me the replacement strip. I went to my Local RV dealer (Youngblood's RV) an got am estimate of $52.50 to install the strip. I e-mailed the estimate to Ron and received the LED strip in about a week. Youngblood's installed the LED strip the next day. I mailed the old LEDs back in the same box to Thor in Wakarusa. The check arrived three weeks later. My local RV dealer caries Jayco and Enterga only, so they can not handle Thor Motor Coach warranty issues directly.

I guess the solution is to have the work done at a RV that does warranty work for Thor. But at this time is was not possible.at this time. A friend of mine had the same problem with Thor.

Finally I received a check for the repairs done on the radio. I followed someone's advice and ask for Cindy Garcia to help me out. She was able to get my check reimbursement while two or three other agents did not.sometimes it takes a woman to get things done.

I had to have batteries replaced at a Camping World (an authorized Thor RV service facility) that was authorized by Thor Customer Service tech in early February and I after 4 email followups I am STILL waiting for my $1200 reimbursement.
