Replacing current couch with new one....recpro?

Due to all the peeling issues and the price quote to recover the current sleeper sofa... I am looking at replacement options.. I don't like the couch we have anyway... the one I am considering is 4 inches shorter.. so I will have that much space difference. Any ideas on what to do with this space? I was thinking of having a skinny table built on the wall side maybe a drink holder can fit?

the brand I am looking at is recpro... any opinions on this brand?

We just changed ours with the 68 inch Recpro. Love it fit perfectly and easy to install

I'm going the same route only I'm getting the double recliner with the center console fro RecPro. Got the sample material swatches the other day and will be getting with my interior designer (GF) today for her final approval.

Don't know which model you're driving but with 4" inches of "dead space" and you're leaning towards having a "filler" built, might also consider adding a sliding drawer for spices, folding serving table, etc. Every litte bit of stowage helps in an RV.

thanks for your replies! I sure hope this recpro polyurethane holds up! So, my other dilemma is do I purchase the same material form them to recover my dinette and captains chairs or just match it as close as possible with material the upholstery place suggests and knows wont peel?

If we didn't need the sleeping space I would totally get the recliners.. but we need sleeping.. I still need to measure to make sure it fits with bed out... the one in there now when extended, you have to leave bathroom door open if you intend to use during the night or else you can't open the door!!

Going to order the swatches asap..

I have a 2014 hurricane 34f.

yes, any extra storage is a plus.. maybe a cup holder on top and storage under...
