I am out of town now so short on details, but I ordered the foil backed sticky rubber stuff and then cut and fitted it to the inside of the entire motor cowling. There are many threads on this as well as YouTubes, etc. It's a great little rainy day project as it will take you several hours to complete, but the result is a noticeable reduction of high pitch sounds from the engine. I also just installed an air conditioner silencer on one unit. That seems to do the same as it cuts down on the high pitch fan noises. We find the AC units very noisy. Gradually, one project at a time, we are accomplishing a better quieter experience with the Outlaw.
