Runaround

Do you ever get the runaround when calling Thor? I have called Thor several times and sent to a CSR and either been put on hold and then I get disconnected or sent to voice mail and then gotten no return call. Very frustrating.

Have only called once to get manuals for my rv and spoke to two people who were very helpful and friendly. Sorry you have had trouble connecting.

They have always been very courteous and helpful to me. Needed a drawing showing the roof stringers, by the time I got off the phone the email was waiting.
