Loud buzzing noise

2018 Thor 30D ..Bottomed out leaving gas station ..started hearing a loud buzzing noise under refrigerator - only buzzing when ignition is on.
I removed the Drawer under the Frig and can not locate the noise.

So is the noise continuous with ignition on? Then check the rear of the reefer from the outside access, this should not be hard to track down if the noise is constant.

Are the house batteries located in the entryway steps? Open that up for a look/listen. Also inspect the area that contacted the ground, maybe it would lead to a clue on the noise source...

The passenger slide will have a controller in that area also, it would be "connected" with the ignition to prevent operation with the key on, locate it.

I am just grasping here, just trying to help....

For future reference..... you may want to install Sumo Springs all the way around to help minimize bottoming out. The E-Series chassis is pushed to the limits with any coach 25' or longer..... just my opinion.

Do you have stabilizers installed? Are they fully retracted and not damaged? Others have found that noise to be a stabilizer not fully retracted warning.,

If you haven't found it yet...check the steps...they may be trying to retract but damaged a bit.

Buzzing

I have an Axis and bottomed out a bit last year leaving a gas station, had the same noise. My furnace return air is under my frig and back inside the area is a buzzer that is a warning alarm in case you don't retract everything before you move. What had happened is I activated the alarm by bottoming out so I found the buzzer and unplugged it. No more noise. After I got to the campsite I lowered the supports and one was slightly twisted, I stepraightened it out, plugged the buzzer back in and haven't heard it since. Probably something got nicked and needs an adjustment is all. Good luck

OH boy I just hate gas station ramps so I avoid them like the plague. I'm diesel in a Tuscany and the long wheelbase makes me a potential belly dragger all the time.
