Semi Permanent Parking and Docking

Maybe someone can tell me how I find this -

I am looking for a spot big enough to park a class A motorhome or a long travel trailer.

I'd like it to be safe, secure, covered with all utilities and sewer. I want it in the southern regions of New Mexico, Arizona or Nevada.

I would use this as a home base for my RVing.

How do I find something like that? Where do I look?

Thanks

What you are describing is called a seasonal site. Google that term with the area you want to be in and I am sure you will bet some hits. There are rental and purchase sites available.

If looking for seasonal especially in popular snowbird areas you're a bit late to start your search now. For those areas you'll need to start & decide shortly after the 1st of the year, they fill up quickly.
We fulltimed for just over 10 years, my recommendation would be try several areas before committing to something permanent. We settled down in a 55+ rv resort in a modular home in southern Arizona so now have all the activities & social interaction as when we were traveling with new faces & old friends every winter season.

Your very unlikely to find what you're looking for. Most wind up buying the lot and then construction the cover and patio

Patio or RV homes with a garage attached are quite popular and usually start around 300k

Permanent parking

Try Brownsville tx. RIVER BEND on the west end of town. Search river bend golf resort.
You can own your lot or rent. The lot is yours not a rent there is a golf course in it and a POA.
The lots to buy are about 25to30k they have all utilities.
Worth a look owe it is gated
