It's back to figuring out "Plan-B"!

Borrowing from many others, I went with the homemade square fence post solution on our 25.2 Axis. I used the 5" fence post. The 90 degree elbow does fit inside it, BUT I have to disconnect the elbow from the hose to get it to fit. The other end of the hose, with connector, is no problem. I have the Valterra Viper sewer hose.

I hate dealing with putting my sewer hose inside the storage compartment. Anyone have any storage hack ideas for my model motorhome ?

Well thank you; didn't know that. I will change to black. I intended to change them out occasionally anyway. I am more concerned about utility than aesthetics which really freaks out some. Lovely wife is more balanced and keeps me pretty much in check, minimizing use of wire and duct tape. She has encouraged me to paint the pvc to sort of match the bumper. Seems unnecessary but will further efforts to keep the peace.
Thanks again.

Aren't there brackets available, that could be used to attach your PVC solution to the bumper?
It would solve the aesthetics issue, AND make for the entire unit far more secure.
(I'm really good at wasting peoples' time, and costing them money! )

Duct tape does come in many different colors now...

Probably available but then I'd have to pad the bumper to prevent scratches and spend money on big old clamps that cost more than the black ties laying around somewhere in the garage, but I'll check it out next trip to Lowes. I'm skeptical about the "more secure" part of your comment.
Aesthetics issue? Where? (I'm really good at avoidance and frugality! ) Hmmmm. Well, any and all improvements (?) will be reported.

I am not opposed but continued domestic tranquility must be considered.

Have you thought about hanging it under the frame out of sight?

My storage spot on our Axis:

Those are stainless threaded rods holding it to the frame with a nylon lock nut on the top.

Please don't misunderstand me...
I've ridden dirt-bikes and ATVs out of the woods; when the only things holding them together, were the zip-ties and the hose clamps!
I LIKE em!

Yes, I like that but requires bending of the body signaling those old ruptured, now calcified discs to express their dislike of the position.

Kind of the way I am. While I'm not crazy about the look, I'm thinking I'm going to mount something to the bumper.

I’m totally with you on the function-before-form thing. It also sounds like your wife and mine might be soul-mates. She and I often have that, “but it’s ugly, let’s get the pretty one” argument around here; which I always lose.

We’ve been talking about exchanging my Sprinter Van (configured as a mobile office) for a Wrangler to flat-tow. But apparently, it’s waaaay more important that the Jeep color is coordinated to the RV, than I get the features that I need for the 99% of the time when we’re NOT towing it!

FWIW, for over forty years now, I have referred to her as my “Spice” and not my “Spouse”.... I have found that working around her various aesthetic sensitivities are just Engineering challenges for me. I like puzzles, so we’re a match!

After all the conversation on my chosen method of sanitary sewer connection apparatus storage possibilities, motivation surged from within and I rushed outside to get a couple of measurements. Almost excited about paint color, brackets and some patterned duct tape which might be used to cover those ugly silver clamps and show a bit of panache for lovely wife. RATS! Driveway is empty where rv lives. Yup, forgot it's at CW for warranty work. Picked it up from there for a trip and took it back after.
Drool buckets and "the home" may come sooner than expected.

Sweet. Maybe I’ll get a Jeep the color I want and paint the RV? (I can only get away with saying that, because The Spice doesn’t read this forum). But I feel better now, anyway.
