Thor Hurricane Noise

Recently purchased a 2020 Hurricane, I have had several issues but one in particular is a buzzing in the front of the coach. It starts when I get to about 60 mph goes away about the same speed. Anyone have the same issue and if there is a cure for the problem.

Long standing issue with noise from the grill of some of the Class A MHs, mostly a whistling sound, more prevalent in wet conditions.

Cure is to attach a screen to the back of the grill.

We have a 2021 Hurricane with wind related buzzing noise in the front too. My dealership spent hours searching and insulating and reduced it somewhat but never located the source. I spent more time searching and insulating and reduced it more but still faintly heard sometimes. The only thing I ever found that totally stopped it was to completely remove the front lift up panel/grill. With it removed I could not hear the noise at all at any speed.

A few years ago there were posts related to wind noise associated with the a pillars which are open under the coach. Might do a search and read all about how folks put insulation in those pillars.

My 2018 Hurricane makes a wind noise when the sliding windows are not fully closed. Dirt, dust, 'stuff' accumulates in the 'hair' or 'bristles' of the slide tracks and vertical end piece. Cleaning with a stiff brush and spraying with a silicone spray always stops my noise. The cleaning is now part of my wash routine. I have never had any noise from the engine/grill 'door'.

I have attached a bug screen over the grill of mine. Not only does it stop the noise, it keeps bugs from building up on the condenser and radiator.
