Solar power output on multiplex display

On my 2022 Windsport 29m, when accessing the solar panel info on the multiplex panel, the performance of the solar panel always reads zero. When I questioned the dealership, I was told “Oh, they don’t wire that in at the factory”.
Anyone want to touch this one? Thanks for any assistance.

So let me get this straight:
You have a new MH with a display/control panel that has a solar performance feature.
You have factory installed solar panels?
And the two are not connected at the factory "by design"?
Not buying it.

I would buy it if your MH was only "Solar prepped" and the panels/charge controller where aftermarket installed.
