Stabilizer option?

Stabilizer option on new Axis 24.1 almost $900.
1. Worth it?
2. If I don't choose it at purchase, is it possible to buy aftermarket? More expensive or cheaper?

As long as you keep in mind that there is a big difference between stabilizers, and leveling jacks:
Make the right choice for you; and you only have to do it once.

Steering stabilizer or stabilizing jacks? Not enough info provided. Steering and suspension items are not options at purchase.

My recommendation is to put the $900 towards real Hydraulic leveling Jacks
They run between $3K and 6K

Many on this Forum with Vegas/Axis have had luck with Bigfoot (about $3K installed if done at the BF Factory-Michigan)
I have HWH which runs higher, anywhere between $4-6K depending on installer. HWH also installs at their factory (Iowa) for a reduced cost.
