Entry door window falls out

I have a new ACE 30.3. On my first trip and the window in the main entry door will not stay in. The adhesive tape it is attached to will not hold the window in place. Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do about it? I still have a few weeks before my 45-day return to the dealer.

I wouldn't be waiting for a 45 day return to the dealer. That is a security issue and I'd want that fixed yesterday.

I agree, call your dealer and make it clear that a 45 day wait is unacceptable. If they balk, call Thor customer relations, and work it that way too.

Thanks for the advice, dstankov and Laco. My dealer agreed with you. I called as soon as I got home from my trip this morning and they had me bring it right in and fixed it while I waited.
