Switching TV from Air to Cable

We have a 2020 Miramar coach and when I simply plug the cable TV from a campsite into it nothing really happens as far as getting more channels.

I do switch the TV from air to cable and I also do the channel scan.

I haven't read all of the manual yet. But does anyone now of a "switch" that changes the input into the coach from air to cable?

Thanks!

yes, it's generally either a wall plate that a button is PRESSED off, when Cable is what you want - it is only pressed ON, when you want over-the-air antenna channels, since they require a 12v boost.

if you don't have a wall plate, but rather a 'box of many buttons', then it also needs to be OFF when you want Cable, and each TV section needs to be switched to CABLE input.

I had a 2016Miramar and it was the same as the pic above. I had to use a flashlight to find it.

Hmm...Found that I have a small "HMDI" box that links like it has LED's for many outputs and 1 LED for Input 1 and one LED for Input 2. There is a button that switches the LED light on and off for each of the 2 inputs.

Seems like I should test using each input? Going to test now.

I have a camper that has this easily 'hidden' push button for the antenna booster...which is commonly missed by most first-time owners...

I have a diesel pusher motorhome which has the 'box of many buttons' 'entertainment' switchbox cluster. It has a power ON/OFF push button on the left, only used for when you want the OTA antenna. It also has a set of push buttons for each TV - cable, antenna, dvd, sat, etc. These all have to be set to what each TV wants to view. One TV can be watching a DVD, another the OTA local channels, another CABLE from the campground, etc. all at the same time.

Wasn't that HMDI box.

I found the switch.

Thanks All!
