I tried turning off and I also unplugged it and plugged it back in. It goes right back to the setup wizzard!
SuperD I'm sure you have the right idea, but that will need to wait! Too many other more important items to purchase!

Has this TV been setup and used before? If not you need to work through the options in the setup wizard.

When I get to the part where it scans for channels it finds none. I then prompted to add gaming console, BluRay etc which I don't have. It goes back to the original screen asking for time zone, language and etc.
If I press exit nothing happens!

I think you have to 'find' at least 1 channel to get out of the menu. Else, shut it off lol.

We replaced our back TV with a Vizio smart tv. Like it so much better.

Are you scanning in cable or air (antenna)? If you are scanning in cable mode and the antenna amplifier is on, it will not find any stations. Also Seiki TVs do not have an QAM tuner so it will not find coded cable stations.

Put the antenna up. Turn on the antenna amplifier. Scan the TV in "AIR" mode for antenna channels and see if that finds TV stations.

When you said it worked at the dealership -- was it plugged into cable or was the dealer using the antenna?

I know this sounds extreme but the solution to the sucky tv issue is a pound of c4 and buy an lg or samsung. All your issues will go away..
