Over head bed problems

Our 2015 Vegas over the cockpit bed that raises and lowers electrically is somehow tilted...higher on the right than the left by three inches. It will move up and down but remains crooked.
Anyone else had this happen and any ideas how to fix?

Thank you

When you raise it, keep switch engaged for 5-10 seconds after it is up. Should resync the motors and be ok.

There is a YouTube video on how to retime the slide that applies to the bunk. Make sure the bunk is sitting against the pins during travel so it doesn't move.

Remember to do that every time you raise it up, and lower it all the way down (hold the switch for 5-10 seconds after it stops). That will keep the motors timed properly.

Same system on the slides for these motorhomes, keep the switch depress for an additional 5 seconds or so after it opens or closes. Exact opposite of what you needed to do on my former MH, which if you didn't get off the switch as soon as it closed, one side or both would pop back out a quarter to a half an inch.
