Is there a way to remotely view Directv playlist on Windows Laptop?

I'd like to view my Directv playlist remotely (not on home network) on a Windows PC by using my Iphone as a "hotspot". Is this possible?

I can set my Iphone to be a "hotspot", log into the Directv website, and see the guide, and play live shows, but I can't access my playlist even though there is a playlist tab at the top. When I click on that, it's empty.

I have searched all over to see if this is possible and it's appearing it's not...which I don't get.

You come up with some interesting issues. Can’t help. We use YouTube tv.

You may be able to tether your phone..i think samsung does to your laptop..we used to do all this crap..30 years tech. And cancelled directv and use yourtube tv with recording and watch on ANY device

When I can't get local stations from my satellite, I stream Directv to my computer and connect a second screen via USB-C. I have a 4x4 matrix, so all I have to do is push a button and go from Dish/Blue-Ray/PC/unused.
