LOL there is no way that car can pull it full of water! Just imagine how heavy it would be with that much water.

I usually find silly places to visit rather than silly builds (although they do pop up rather frequently) such as this place:

If it doesn't have water in it when they are moving it, I don't think it is too far fetched. No way the stock suspension on the camper would handle that weight when moving.

The challenge is it is going to take a while to fill so I don't know how many destinations will be practical for it.

That being said... it was a creative use of an old camper and looks like fun at parties!

Note the support under each corner. It is filled in place. Only about 2.5' deep. Artists are strange people.

We’ve been there. Have not stopped in several years but well worth the time. The T shirts are hilarious.
