I know others have wildly varied experiences, but I just have to take a moment to commend the customer service hotline at Thor.
Iíve had 3 calls with my 2018 Axis and the customer service team has responded each time with quickly mailing out the parts I needed at no charge.
First was a gas-filled bed lift that stopped lifting.
Then a window screen that had been missing since I bought the RV 10 mos. ago.
And finally the cap that covers the awning motor that apparently came off during one of our trips.
