Thor Customer Service Line

Hi Folks,
Hope you all can help me. I have called Thor three times this week to request schematics for our ACE. Each time the rep on the phone has been super friendly and assured me the schematics would be emailed "within an hour", "by the end of the day" and "I see someone is working on that for you".
I still haven't received anything from Thor.
Anyone know of a way to get the schematics for the chassis, coach, and battery controller?

Go to Thor owner resources and enter your VIN. The documentation may contain what you are looking for. That being said, if you are looking for schematics for a rig that is 10 or 15 years old good luck. You don't mention what type of rig you are trying to get the schematics for.

When I received schematics from Thor they emailed them while I was on the line with them. Usually very quick response. Did you check your spam folder?

Customer service with Thor is like shooting craps. Some folks receive great service and some not so much. For me, the owners resources page on the website is worthless. When I log in, nothing happens. It says I am logged in, but their are no tabs to click, no buttons to push other than log out. This is one of the many reasons Thor Industries is on my never again list.
