I’m in the process of scheduling an appointment with the Thor Service Center myself for a water leak.

What is your rig in for and how long do you recover they will have it?

I have a 2018 Outlaw 29H That I bought last August. Dealer had it from October until January. Took it out this weekend for the first time and it leaked again.

Called Thor on the way to the campground Friday and starting the paperwork to get it scheduled. They said they are booking into August now.

Thor works on it until its finished, it doesn't sit.

Basically: You arrive Sunday night and park in one of the spots (as you can see in the above pics). Bright and early (7am) they knock on your door and take the RV off to work on it. Around 3pm they will bring it back to the parking spot so that you can spend the night in it. At 7am Tuesday the process repeats (and until its fixed).

Unless they need it longer, or they cannot make it "livable"--you get informed just after lunch on Monday what the plan is for your coach (in my case I couldn't camp in it and thus had to find other accommodations--I'm a quick drive away so I just rented a car and drove home).
