That type of roller is readily available. Thor probably doesn't use them because of the price.

It looks like your gears have skipped a few teeth. Mine was the same way. You can tell by the way the slide sits from top to bottom. If it was out of sync the slide would be of front to back. I replaced everything on my full wall slide(Ace 30.2) and it took about 8 hours. Not the 3 months it takes a dealership. Not hard to do if you have the tools to do it. I didn’t have to change any of the rollers. You have to jack a corner of the slide to work on the Schwintek system. Seems like you should be able to replace the rollers while fixing the one side you jack up.

That's amazing. Unfortunately we both are less than handy. Lol

I’d love to see a video of “how to” for this. Did you have the slide fully extended?

There are several videos on line of knowledgeable mobile rv techs replacing schwintek systems in the field. I've had both ends of my extremely heavy 25ft slide replaced at my campsite, every failure is the same white nylon V roller but the entire system has to be removed to get to them. Good luck and it takes them 5 to 8 hours to do the job depending on their familiarity with the schwintek system.
