Engine not charging house batteries

We drove for 6 hours and our house batteries are dead. Had to use the auxiliary start to start the generator. I suspect the "battery isolator controller". Does anyone know where it is on a Palazzo? Or any other ideas?

The switch is on use. The inverter was running the frig. With the engine running, the voltage on the dash reads 13+ volts, but the house reads 12 something. It should read 13+ just like the dash if it were receiving a charge from the alternator.

I had the same problem in a 2015 Miramar. Went in for warranty service on several issues and they fixed it. Now it is doing it again. I have another list of issues so this time I guess I should ask what they fixed that broke again.

I don't know what system Thor uses in the Plazzo but it sounds like you have a bad BCC (Battery Control Center). In the Axis the BIRD (Bi- Directional Relay) does the same things but in your large coach, you probably have a BCC or something similar which allows the engine to charge the coach batteries and shore power/generator to charge the chassis battery and disconnects them when the coach is not on shore power/generator and the engine is not running. Thor will be able to tell you what system in in your coach performs these functions.
