Taking RV out, checked weather report, nights will be in the low 30 degrees, should I turn the hold taking heater on?

Have you done anything to winterize the fresh water side?

No, just got it back from warranty repair

If the tanks are empty - no need for heaters...

If you will be seeing colder temps or sustained near freezing - will want to be sure to winterize the fresh water side - adding anti-freeze or blowing out lines... (anti-freeze in the drain traps in either case).

If this is a 'one night near 30' thing for you - then all should be fine.
