No, I did not have that problem. My Dealer allowed me to conduct a Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) before actually buying and closing the deal. My wife and I spent 4 hours checking everything from sealants on the roof to lubrication on the hydraulic jacks. Are you saying you did not Inspect it before you bought?
Also, who are you trying to get help from, and what are they telling you? I agree with comment earlier, pictures please.
