There is/was a recall about the washer motor and there are more fuses inside the driver side front outside storage bay (the black box next to the slide out controller).

You would think by now that Thor would have this issue resolved.
Having read about it on this forum, checking the windshield wipers was the first thing I did when I took the Axis for a test drive.

This is shocking to me that dealer are still selling these coaches with faulty motors. I also had a faulty motor but this was in July of last year. What year is your Vegas?

Wow! I had this problem on a 2014 model so it is disappointing to hear that this issue has not been resolved. Thor is well aware of this issue.

We thought ours didn't work either, but the control isn't on the sterring wheel. It a button to the side. Try that.

My wipers worked, but the washer was dead. Contacted Thor and they sent me another washer tank complete with pump and a prepaid return box as they wanted the defective unit back. It was an easy install. Hope yours is working ok now.

Mine was bad. Washer blew fuse first time I tried it. Had to have it replaced last year after about two months.

Our windshield wipers used to work. Getting ready for a big trip so we tried the washer. Wipers came up halfway and everything washer and wipers won't work. Fuse under front hood 30 amp is good. Only relay in side compartment and under dash is 5 amp . all seem good. does this mean the washer is a bad one. Also do the wipers go when the washer motor is bad. Thanks in advance.

Typically when the washer motor is bad the wipers work fine until you hit the washer switch which blows the fuse--then nothing works (wipers or washer). Replacing the fuse with a good one will allow the wipers to work again but the second you hit the washer button again...pop goes the fuse.
Did you check the fusebox inside the outside storage box under the driver's side window?

Checked outside storage box. Only found a wiper relay. Did not find a fuse that indicated a washer. Can you direct me as to what fuse this is?

The 5 amp fuse under the dash will be the one to replace for this.

Mine worked for a months then blew when it was in the shop for oil change. It's been over three weeks now and I still don't have a washer motor. One poster said they changed the tank too. Why would the tank be replaced as well as the washer motor? What length of time has it taken to get the motors from Thor?

IIRC it took a few weeks for Thor to send the new tank and pump. I think the pump is more or less an integral part of the tank. They also had a prepaid box to send the old unit back.

Good. Wipers will continue to work fine as long as you don't press the washer button until you get the pump replaced.

I was lucky as the fuse blew at the Ford dealer. They removed the pump so it would not accidently blow the fuse again. The pump just disconnects from the power and tank. I suggest you take it off and it will not accidently blow if you hit the wash butto0n as you turn the wipers on. It would be a lot safer. My wipers work fine, I just don't have a pump on it right now.
