bunk bed over front cab not as smooth as would like and sometimes not aligned even with one touch up and down.

Make sure when you get to the top most or bottom most position that you hold the switch for an extra few (3-5) seconds to ensure that the motors remain sync'ed.

In addition, when moving it up or down do not stop in the middle, always go from all the way up to all the way down.

Doing both should keep the bunk level and operating properly (you can also do the same things with the slide).
