I have always read all the "horror" stories about THOR warranty service on here. I found a crack in my rear fiberglass cap, and made an appointment to take it in for repair to my dealer. I sent pictures to my dealer, and also cc a copy to THOR warranty service.
Today, I received a call from Jamie at THOR wanting to follow up and make sure that my repairs had been done satisfactorily. When I told her that I was taking it in next week, she said to call her if I had "any concerns or issues" and that "she would follow up"
So far, I have not had many occasions to call THOR for service, but every time they have been very responsive. There were some part missing when we took delivery, and our dealer and THOR had them to us in about 3 weeks (one part they actually had to build)
We haven't put a lot of miles on our coach (yet) but so far, we are very happy.
