AXIS\VEGAS screen door issue

Here's one I never read before. Have a 2016 VEGAS and noticed one of the screws holding the window in the door was protruding and making a hole in the screen door. Went ahead and tightened all the screws where they had worked themselves out, however the one screw still protrudes into the screen.

I figure a trip to LOWES and some flat head screws will solve the issue (along with some black paint for the heads), but wondered if anyone else had the problem.

Yes but on a Challenger. I my case several screws touched the screen. One had rough edges that damaged one thread in screen. Filed screw head and put dab of super glue on damaged portion of screen. Can not see repair without a real close look.
