Tire Pressure

Have a 2017 Thor Hurricane 29M. Sign next to driver seat says 82.5 psi cold for the tires. The tires say 110 psi cold.
Getting ready for a trip and the dealer set them last time at 82.5psi. Any thoughts?
Thank you.

Most everyone who has a 29M uses 82 psi. The 110 psi on the tire sidewall is the MAX inflation pressure and you don't want that. Most 29M's weigh about the same and general concensus is run 82.

Whenever you see a tire pressure on the sidewall: it's always the maximum allowed.
(Usually the amount that they use to seat the bead on the rim!)

the only 'weigh' to know for sure is to weigh your coach, both front and rear axles. They will probably be different pressures needed for each, too.

weigh your coach with 3/4 water, 3/4 fuel, and all your typical stuff and people on board, at a CAT scale at any truck stop. The printout will give you your front axle and rear axle weights, and you can then compare that with your Tire Manufacturers pressure recommendation, usually found in your owner manual stuff. 82 might be fine, or you may find a higher number for your front, and different for your rears.

Your coach will ride better, too.

I have a 29M and Goodyear 670s. When I run only 82 which I have done, the tires seem to have a flat look to them. I have checked them with 2 different tire gauges, both digital that read within a pound and a half of my vehicle's tire pressure according to the tire pressure monitor in that car. I'm thinking of running of running a little more. Usually travel with no fresh water and empty black and grey tanks....not too loaded in other words.
