Freight liner tire pressure monitor

I have a 2021 Aria 3901 and my dash pressure reading are not accurate, not even close. Anyone else experience these issues

I had an older aftermarket TPMS that was pretty inaccurate but it was very consistent so once I got used to its readings and knew I could trust it to report changes I was satisfied with its value. My newer TireMinder i10 seems to be very accurate.

Since that is a built in unit it sounds like it should be a warranty issue.

My experience is similar to the last few posts. OEM, built in systems on my recent cars have been both accurate and consistent. The add on TPMS for my MH isn't very accurate but is consistent, so I have learned to adjust for the differences.

I think a TPMS is really just a warning system, and should not be used to set tire pressures.

The built in sensors are inside the tires more accurately reading pressures/temps, the aftermarket systems are in the outside added to the valve stems & probably not quite as accurate, those 2 systems will have varying accuracies. With the best most expensive system I'd doubt that all 4-6-10 tires will read exactly the same pressure or temp as you're traveling.
As mentioned they are not/should not be used to set tire pressures but rather a watchful eye warning system for pressures & temperatures.

Same here. Still have the old one, but use it on the toad. Had a couple of the sensors go out, but still have 4 good ones. Although, not accurate and gives a false signal now and then it does, like you say report changes which is good.
I have since bought the EEZ system for the Vegas.
