Towing a Jeep ?

We just purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I am seriously confused on the flat towing issue stated in Technical Service Bulletin: #08-029-16 Rev A to install a Mopar Part Number: 68321424AB. eTrailer says Jeep solved it in 2018. https://www.etrailer.com/question-338252.html Someone in this thread said it was solved it 2019. Remco says not solved and you must buy the 68321424AB to power up the EPS for towing. Mopar Canada had the part listed on it accessory brochure. FiatChryslerAmerica is in ignorance / denial on the whole issue. Is there a real answer from FCA?

I tow a 2019 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and have not issues. I believe Jeep solved the Cherokee death wobble issue in 2019. Remco wants your money.
