Water Heater issue

We have a 2018 Windsport 29M. We've been having an issue with Atwood water heater not giving us hot water. I tried all the things I know in my limited knowledge. I read the forum about circuit board issues and replaced it with a Dinosaur one. The issue is now I'm getting hot water for about 5 seconds or less then it tapers off to tepid water. We repeat this several minutes later and the same result. This is on 110 and propane as we are at the campground now. This is for all faucets and shower. Don't know what I'm missing. I'm hoping something I overlooked, but I don't know. Does anyone have a thought on what might be the issue here? Thank you

Are all of the valves completely open?

Thanks Bob!....I gave myself a headache trying to figure this one out. There is a valve at the base of the water heater that I couldn't feel or see until I took off the panel under the sink. I was thinking....c'mon...I know all the valves are open. BUT.. there it was was. I learned something new today!! Thanks again, Bob

I'm glad to help...
But it was mostly a lucky guess that was based upon what I've seen happen to folks in here..,,

Had a similar problem on a brand new unit years ago. The unit had been winterized and the tech responsible for pre delivery inspection forgot to shut the bypass valve.
