Trip to Montana - Any Advice

Hey All

My wife and I are going from Charlotte, NC to Bozeman, MT in our Miramar for Thanksgiving to visit my daughter. We are making a trip of it.

As we will be running into cold weather, any advice? I know how to Winterize but as we will be using the our RV I wanted to ask the group for their thoughts.

I do have a heated water supply hose on board. Next?

As always, thanks in advance.

You will find many campgrounds closed during that time period. Might want to have reservations. Many are open, but with no water availability.
Safe travels!

Be aware that you may want to check that the cooling system anti freeze is up to snuff.
fresh/black & gray tank heaters work, and carry along a set of tire chains in case "fluffy" shows up.
Also keep a close eye on road conditions and the "wind reports" There are many areas along I-90 that can cause an issue... so start your trip early in case you have to "sit it out" a few times..
Also in a pinch you can dry camp at several truck stops in or near Bozeman.
And "if" the weather turns really cold leave your slides retracted, ie: the smaller the space = the easier it is to keep it warm
